Print Quality Guarantee

Very rarely, a mechanical error will create a print problem such as blurriness.

If the book you receive has a printing issue, please report it within 21 days of delivery.

Write to admin@DancesWithDavidPoems.ca, with the subject line “print problem.” In your message include:

• your name, and shipping address
• order number
• a photo of the problem

The problem will be reported to Lulu xPress, the print-on-demand partner for Dances with David.

If Lulu Xpress agrees that the print quality does not meet their high standards, a correctly printed copy will be reissued and delivered (at no additional charge) within 30 days.
