Ask Permission to Use The Poems
To request permission to use any part of the poems in Dances with David, please contact me at author@DancesWithDavidPoems.ca and indicate:
- exact material you seek permission to use
- title of poem it comes from
- details on the publication, performance, or other purpose in which it will be used, such as commercial, academic, non-profit, or other
- percentage of total verbal content of publication or performance
- expected number of readers/audience members, in total
- your name, position, and contact details
- name, position, and contact details for permission contract, if different from above
